Timetable: 9.30 to 12.45 with a 15 minute break, Monday to Friday

Target profile

participants from 11 years old, high school pupils and university students

minimum of 15 students per group and one accompanying teacher per 15 students (it is quite possible to include teachers of different subjects as accompanying supervisors, depending upon the type of programme envisaged)

Content

Based on pre-defined criteria provided by accompanying supervisors and BLS staff, a programme of activities in French is devised in order to combine the improvement of linguistic skills and explore the surrounding region. Half a day is set aside in the classroom in order to prepare the afternoon outings and excursions.

Accommodation

With host families carefully selected by BLS:

the family collects the student from Bordeaux railway station or airport.

7 nights, with half-board during the week and full-board at weekends

bedroom for one or two people.

lunches can be provided as either packed lunches or restaurant meals
