Beyond suggesting interesting leisure activities, we also help
students find out about social and cultural events, how to
find accommodation or a job, how to undertake the administrative
processes they require for their stay in France (car rental, opening
a bank account, joining a sports club, etc.). We also help organise
company visits for professionals.

Biarritz in summer time is a hive of activity, with so much going on that you are guaranteed never to have a dull moment! There is street theatre, with jugglers, acrobats and other impromptu entertainers taking to the streets and free Friday evening classical music concerts in front of the Église Sainte-Eugénie and other venues.
Not to be missed when in town, is the famous Biarritz ballet at their delightful home, the Gare du Midi, the main theatre in Biarritz. The Gare du Midi also hosts regular events including plays and concerts. There is also a show room at the Casino de Biarritz for theatre and dance, and live music can be found all year round in numerous restaurants and bars throughout the town. Biarritz also hosts frequent international exhibitions.
"I don't want to see old people. One must be able to dance well to be received here," proclaimed Empress Eugénie, setting the tone for the future nightlife of Biarritz! However the Basque people had been celebrating, dancing and enjoying life for thousands of years before Eugénie joined in.
Biarritz today retains this energy, brimming with a lively street ambience and exciting, vibrant nightlife. The town offers something for everyone from mellow pavement cafes, to livelier bars and nightclubs where visitors can dance the night away. The area around Port Vieux and place Clemenceau is full of bars and just outside the city near the casino, are a handful of large discos where the relaxed surfer attire is worn by the wealthiest of visitors alike.
An integral part of the Biarritz nightlife is Le Casino Barrière de Biarritz. The largest casino in southwest France has an illustrious history: Kings Farouk, Michael and Peter (of Egypt, Romania and Yugoslavia respectively) have all sat at the baccarat tables. Now, people of all backgrounds come here to flirt with lady luck.
Biarritz offers a wealth of sports festivals and cultural events
throughout the Spring and Summer.
